Arrest Log: June 23

Elwood police arrested Jessica D. Cox, 18, homeless, at 10:46 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Pendleton police arrested Kimberly J. Morris, 21, of the 3500 block of West County Road 350 South, Hardford City, at 11:43 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested David D. Wilson Jr., 45, of the 1600 block of South 25 West, Tipton, at 12:12 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Dwayne E. Streaty, 47, of the 1200 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 2:05 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Gerald M. Holbrook, 22, of the 1800 block of Drexel Drive, Anderson, at 2:09 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class B misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County police arrested Kenneth G. Zachary, 41, of the 1400 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 2:19 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Madison County police arrested Mark T. Carr, 49, of the 1400 block of East 60th Street, Anderson, at 2:44 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
