Arrest Log: Sept. 28

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested James A. Vanbuskirk, 34, of the 900 block of East Independence Drive, Elwood, at 10:39 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony battery.

Anderson police arrested Cody W. Vaughn, 22, of the 2700 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 11:08 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class A misdemeanor battery.

State police arrested James H. McNally, 51, of Hones Road, Export, Pennsylvania, at 12:21 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

State police arrested Caleb A. Stanfield, 21, of the 4600 block of East U.S. Highway 36, Markleville, at 2:51 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Tomas C. Robinette, 28, of the 100 block of North East Street, Pendleton, at 4:56 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender, Class D felony parole violation and Class D felony probation violation.

Madison County police arrested Christopher L. South, 27, of the 600 block of Pleasant Street, Noblesville, at 6:01 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $750 for Civil contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Gary T. Hinkle, 51, of the 600 block of Gainsway Circle, Valparaiso, at 8:28 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony probation violation.

Anderson police arrested Joseph L. Parke, 50, of Gregory Drive, Anderson, at 8:34 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Coty Lawrence Davis, 18, of the 100 block of Hollywood Boulevard, Anderson, at 9:54 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Madison County police arrested Anthony B. Carmack, 21, of West 39th Street, Anderson, at 10:11 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of a suspended sentence and Class C felony violation of probation.
