Arrest Log: Dec. 6

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Christopher T. Woods, 18, of the 1300 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 3:05 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class C misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Pendleton police arrested Andrew R. Hendricks, 25, of Village Park Way, Pendleton, at 4:07 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a syringe.

Madison County piolice arrested Patrick W. Morrow, 40, of the 2000 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 4:32 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor and Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Madison County police arrested Bryan P. Casto, 29, of the 900 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 6:35 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $328.26 for failure to appear in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Lindsay T. Paschal, 27, of the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, at 10:13 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Felicia C. Watkins, 30, of the 1900 block of Rosewood Drive, Anderson, at 10:35 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

Madison County police arrested Joshua S. Hager-Marcure, 21, of the 1200 block of Laurel Street, Anderson, at 1:58 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Lapel police arrested Brandon L. Eaton, 23, of the 700 block of Eighth Street, Lapel, at 2 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $556.55 for Class B misdemeanor criminal mischief.

State police arrested Kiley E. Richards, 34, of the 600 block of West 33rd Street, Anderson, at 5:46 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Madison County police arrested James D. Long, 44, of the 1600 block of Raintree Drive, Anderson, at 5:26 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court in a civil case.
