Anderson residents injured in head-on crash in Noblesville

NOBLESVILLE, Ind. — Two Anderson residents were listed in stable condition at an Indianapolis hospital on Thursday, a day after they were involved in a head-on crash near Forest Park in Noblesville

The two-vehicle accident occurred on Indiana 19, also known as Cicero Road.

A Noblesville Police Department press release said it appeared that a 2005 Saturn, driven by Chelsey A. Kennett, 22, of Anderson, and a 2007 International utility truck, driven by Scott N. Carey, 42, of Noblesville, collided head-on near the south entrance to Forest Park about 8:35 a.m.

Kennett and a passenger, Joshua McFarland, 22, of Anderson, were transported to Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis. Carey was treated at Riverview Hospital in Noblesville.

On Thursday morning, a spokeswoman for Methodist Hospital said  Kennett and  McFarland were listed in stable condition.
