Arrest log: Dec. 7

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Spencer W. Allen, 42, of the 300 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 2:27 p.m. Wednesday in the Anderson Police Department. Bond was set at $30,000 for Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class C felony forgery, Class D felony theft and Class D felony check fraud.
  • Anderson police arrested James L. Kilgore, 43, of the 800 block of West 9th Street, Anderson at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class B misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Anderson police arrested Erin Taylor Bilbrey-McCorkle, 19, of the 100 block of Chariot Drive, Anderson at 3:37 p.m. Wednesday in her home. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Madison County police arrested David L. Caves, 38, of the 1200 block of East 360 North, Anderson at 4:39 p.m. Wednesday in the 2500 block of North D Street, Elwood. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony strangulation, Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class D felony criminal confinement.
  • Madison County police arrested Dana J. Stewart, 31, of the 60 block of Inman Drive, Ingalls at 6:09 p.m. Wednesday in the Madison County Jail. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.
  • Anderson police arrested Michael Jordan Kassa, 22, of the 5800 block of Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, Anderson at 6:39 p.m. in his home. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Johnny F. Evans, 43, of the 1800 block of West 11th Street, Anderson at 9:59 p.m. Wednesday in the intersection of West 11th and Louise streets, Anderson. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
  • Anderson police arrested Stacy M. Rees, 37, of the 2400 block of Fourth Street, Anderson at 12:56 a.m. Thursday in the 1600 block of East 18th Street, Anderson. Rees posted bond of $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Elwood police arrested David H. Garnes, 37, of the 1500 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 1:11 a.m. Thursday in the 2400 block of Main Street, Elwood. No bond was set for Class D felony hold for other jurisdiction.
  • Anderson police arrested Jevon C. D. Jackson, 19, of the 500 block of Coventry Drive, Anderson, at 1:56 a.m. Thursday in the 1900 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested James G. Needham, 50, of the 7000 block of Fall Creek Drive, Pendleton, at 2:23 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of West 20th Street, Anderson. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Joann Stewart, 32, of the 2500 block Tamra Lane, Anderson, at 4:53 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of East 29th Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B felony dealing methamphetamine and Class D felony possession of methamphetamine.
  • Anderson police arrested Carl D. Blackshear, 31, of the 3600 block of Raible Drive, Anderson, at 4:53 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of East 29th Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class B felony dealing methamphetamine and Class D felony possession of methamphetamine.
  • Anderson police arrested William A. Washington, 34, of the 1600 block of Fountain Street, Anderson, at 4:53 a.m. Thursday in the 1200 block of East 29th Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $60,000 for Class D felony possession of methamphetamine, Class D felony possession of chemical reagents or precursors and Class B felony dealing methamphetamine.
  • Anderson police arrested Roy M. Grissom Jr., 32, of the 1900 block of Ohio Avenue, Anderson, at 8:44 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $20,000 for manufacturing methamphetamine.
