Arrest Log

NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Alexandria police arrested Tabitha C. McGuinn, 31, of the 700 block of Lancelot Drive, Marion, at 8:10 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Elwood police arrested Nicholas A. Conner, 30, of the 1900 block of North E Street, Elwood, at 9:01 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.

Anderson police arrested Monti D. Moore, 59, of the 400 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Anderson, at 11:07 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

State police arrested Troy A. Anderson, 50, of the 700 block of Pricewood Court, Anderson, at 1:17 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $520 for violation of probation on a Class C misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Akiem J. Durham, 24, of the 1500 block of West 21st Street, Anderson, at 2:02 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class C felony.

Madison County police arrested David S. Giselbach, 22, of the 200 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 4:30 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to return to lawful detention.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Lakeisha D. Armstrong, 37, of the 1600 block of West 20th Street, Anderson, at 5:36 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.

NOR body bullet:Madison County police arrested John C. Brissenden, 34, of the 200 block of Vine Street, Chesterfield, at 6:54 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for violation of work release on a Class D felony.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested David W. Thomas, 41, of the 1800 block of Woodbine Drive, Anderson, at 7:04 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class A misdemeanor work release violation.
