Anderson police arrested Andrei M. Farafonov, 36, of the 2100 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 8:51 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Ingalls police arrested Richard L. Maxwell, 29, of the 3800 block of East Brunswick Avenue, Indianapolis, at 8:52 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Lapel police arrested Julio C. Galindo-Montes, 22, of the 800 block of South Third Street, Noblesville, at 10:28 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Anderson police arrested Samantha D. Batler, 24, of the 1500 block of Park Road, Anderson, at 12 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Kenneth D. Gibbs, 48, of the 1800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 12:24 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
