Teen Summit 'Yes We Can Make a Difference' scheduled

ANDERSON — The Anderson Black Expo is partnering with Anderson Community Schools to present "Yes We Can Make A Difference," a teen summit scheduled from 5 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 9, at Anderson High School, 4610 Madison Ave.

Check-in will take place from 5 to 6 p.m. Keynote speaker will be Laymon A. Hicks, teen motivational speaker. Music will be provided by DJ's Get Bizzy and Qwanta.

There will be complimentary food, drinks and an ice cream bar.

Preregistration is required. Registration forms can be emailed to: Registration forms are available to download online at for any student and ACS students can pick them up at Anderson High School and Highland Jr. High.
