Madison County deputies arrested Jimmy D. Tanksley, 42, of the 2100 block of Tamarack Road, Anderson, at 6:09 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony return to county jail and resisting law enforcement.

Madison County deputies arrested Tamera R. Oldham, 39, of the 600 block of North 26th Street, Lafayette, at 6:09 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil trial.

Madison County deputies arrested Tamarius Jennings Jr., 24, of the 2700 block of Horton Drive, Anderson, at 6:40 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B felony return to county jail.

Madison County deputies arrested Timothy W. Woolum Sr., 55, of the 1500 block of Ohio Avenue, Anderson, at 6:57 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B felony return to county jail.

Madison County deputies arrested William A. Melvin Sr., 46, of the 2500 block of East 10th Street, Anderson, at 8:12 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor court commitment.

Madison County deputies arrested Andrew J. Horton, 33, of the 200 block of Old Trail Court, Bargersville, at 8:19 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor reckless driving and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County deputies arrested David S. Giselbach, 22, of the 200 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 9:56 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to return.

Anderson police arrested Janice L. Smith, 58, of the 1600 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 10:21 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Police arrested Lyndsey M. O’Neal, 31, of the 2200 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 10:42 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation and Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Ricky L. Lynch, 55, of the 2200 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 12:50 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

    Despite strong winds and heavy storms Thursday night, Madison County property escaped relatively unscathed. While downed tree limbs and power lines led to a power outage for about 2,000 residences in Anderson, there were no reports of structure damage in the county.
