Anderson police arrested Michael R. Davis, 49, of the 1200 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 12:54 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

NOR body bullet:Ingalls police arrested Ramon M. Henley, 31, of the 5200 block of Baysdon Circle, Indianapolis, at 1:04 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

NOR body bullet:Edgewood police arrested Christopher J. Hobbs, 23, of the 3200 block of East 300 North Street, Anderson, at 2:01 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

NOR body bullet:Police arrested Antonio L. Fifer, 41, of the 1100 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 2:24 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

    The worst-of-the-worst abandoned and uninhabitable residential houses in Anderson, Alexandria and Elwood will soon start tumbling down, say officials in all three cities. The company received no bill for electricity usage from the Anderson utility office for five months, despite numerous attempts they say they made to correct the problem.

That's good, of course, but if 15 more fans had taken a few minutes out of their afternoon to donate blood, 72 lives could have been saved, said Julie Gordon of the Indiana Blood Center.
