NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday, Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Breanna D. McGinnis, 20, of the 300 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 9:59 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Maxwell B. Ainsworth, 25, of River Forest Drive, Anderson, at 10:53 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Joseph M. Bergman, 41, of the 1600 block of West 500 North, Anderson, at 1:32 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of work release.

Madison County police arrested Caleb D. Childers, 20, of the 13900 block of Barnett Place, Fishers, at 1:46 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Elwood police arrested Brian K. Small, 47, of the 900 block of North 16th Street, Elwood, at 2:11 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony OWI, Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor OWI.

NOR body:Anderson police arrested Jerry E. Sims, 50, of the 1600 block of Sherwood Drive, Anderson, at 2:26 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

NOR body:Elwood police arrested Jonathan D. Aldridge, 32, of the 200 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 4:10 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County police arrested Bryon L. Perry, 19, of the 2200 block of West Ninth Street, Anderson, at 5:28 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested Robert S. Martin III, 30, of the 100 block of Logan Road, Marquette Heights, Illinois, at 5:28 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
