Arrest Log: July 27

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Antwain R. Williams, 25, of the 1600 block of West 16th Street, Anderson, at 4:49 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Wesley M. Riley, 26, of the 200 block of East 75th Street, Anderson, at 5:20 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,500 for Civil contempt of court, Class C felony burglary and Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Alan E. Redd Sr., 39, of the 1600 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 5:46 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Marquis D. Griffin, 23, of the 2000 block of Ravenswood Drive, Evansville, at 8:29 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony failure of carriers of dangerous communicable diseases to warn persons at risk.

Anderson police arrested Kory L. Scheidenberger, 31, of the 1700 block of South Manhattan Avenue, Muncie, at 10:16 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Elwood police arrested Danniell D. Wallace, 25, of the 1600 block of South E Street, Elwood, at 1:37 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Marlo A. Braxton, 40, of the 1200 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 4:59 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Alexandria police arrested Efren Ezpinoza-Hernandez, 30, of River Lane, Quitman, Georgia, at 5:35 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Jonathon Patterson, 64, of the 400 block of Marine Drive, Anderson, at 6 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C misdemeanor public nudity and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Elwood police arrested Robert L. Sosbe, 41, of the 3300 block of South Memorial Drive, Elwood, at 9 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor court commitment.
