Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Anthony R. Winchester, 23, of East Vinyard Street, Anderson, at 4:53 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested James F. Newell II, 31, of the 1100 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:19 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor battery.

Alexandria police arrested Harold G. Gunderson, 49, of the 2000 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 6:36 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set a $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Jennifer A. Rodriquez, 32, of the 1000 block of North Drive, Anderson, at 10 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony habitual traffic offender.

Ingalls police arrested Christopher A. Langsdale, 44, of the 2200 block of East 59th Street, Anderson, at 1:20 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Roberto G. Figueroa, 34, of the 1800 block of East 53rd Street, Anderson, at 1:34 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County police arrested Shane E. Snyder, 36, of the 800 block of West Jefferson Street, Alexandria, at 2 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $375 for Class D felony failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Anderson police arrested Melissa L. Pitts-Holland, 45, of the 300 block of Imagination Drive, Anderson, at 2:05 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Elwood police arrested Josephine L. Shuler, 20, of the 100 block of North 21st Street, Elwood, at 2:39 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Elwood police arrested Ralph D. House, 53, of the 1500 block of North E Street, Elwood, at 4:53 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
