Arrest Log: April 25

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.         

Anderson police arrested Marvin H. Streaty, 48, of the 2300 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 10:12 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony operating after lifetime suspension.

Anderson police arrested John S. Cox, 63, of the 1500 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 10:27 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Orestes police arrested Nathan W. Pratt, 23, of West Oak Street, Orestes, at 11:07 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony residential entry and Class B felony unauthorized entry of a vehicle.

Anderson police arrested Gregory W. Thompson, 53, of the 2200 block of Park Avenue, Anderson, at 11:15 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime and Class B misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County police arrested Johnay A. Swain, 25, of the 600 block of West 22nd Street, Anderson, at 2:11 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Elwood police arrested Cory J. Wilkerson, 21, of the 1600 block of Avenue W, Elwood, at 2:29 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class D felony violation of drug court and Class C felony violation of drug court.

Anderson police arrested Gary K. Paul, 50, of the 1400 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 3:30 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Anderson police arrested Wallace L. Hester, 54, of the 200 block of East 13th Street, Anderson, at 4:09 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Madison County police arrested David B. Dimas, 27, of the 2200 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 4:17 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony assisting a criminal.

Elwood police arrested Debra A. Mullins, 52, of the 1200 block of South H Street, Elwood, at 5:01 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.

Elwood police arrested Tara M. Haskett, 18, of the 1200 block of South H Street, Elwood, at 5:58 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing a controlled substance and Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.

Elwood police arrested Michelle D. Bryant, 39, of the 200 block of North 13th Street, Elwood, at 6:58 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class B felony dealing a controlled substance.

Elwood police arrested Arthur E. Felton, 21, of the 1900 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 8:17 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing a controlled substance, Class D felony theft, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class B misdemeanor visiting a common nuisance.

Anderson police arrested Anthony M. Smith, 25, of the 800 block of Oakdale Drive, Anderson, at 10:07 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Anderson police arrested Joshua L. Voris, 27, homeless, at 6:07 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony residential entry and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Alexandria police arrested Jeremy W. Thompson, 37, of the 600 block of West County Road 600 North, Alexandria at 6:51 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft.
