Organization seeking donations

ANDERSON — The St. Vincent de Paul Society in Anderson, a volunteer organization whose members help with furniture and other items at no cost to eligible recipients, needs good “gently used” furniture to service residents of Anderson who are in need.

Warehouse stock is diminishing, and the need is great at the current time, a representative said.

If you have “gently used” furniture, call St. Vincent de Paul at 642-5401. Leave a message and someone will contact you.

Pickups are made within the city limits.

Donations are also accepted from outside the city limits by delivering them to the St. Vincent de Paul warehouse. Leave a message, and someone will contact you with directions to the warehouse and hours of operation.
