Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Madison County deputies arrested Christopher C. Fields, 23, of the 200 block of West 19th Street, Anderson, at 10:52 a.m. Monday. Fields was returned to jail per court order.

• Madison County deputies arrested Ronald W. Buttermore, 44, of the 400 block of West Vineyard Street, Anderson, at 12:56 p.m. Monday. Buttermore was returned to jail per court order.

• Anderson police arrested Myron Larry, 56, of the 1300 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 4:18 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, Level 6 felony criminal confinement and Level 6 felony strangulation.

• Madison County deputies arrested Clifford E. Hoosier, 48, of the 2300 block of West 12th Street, Anderson, at 4:35 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

• Elwood police arrested Victoria E. Kelich, 29, of the 1600 block of South Q Street, Elwood, at 5:01 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony dealing a controlled substance.

• Madison County deputies arrested Latoya L. Toney, 35, of the 1300 block of West 10th Street, ANderson, at 5:42 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

• Elwood police arrested Terance J. McGahey, 23, of the 2000 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 5:55 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor and contempt of court on a Class D felony.

• Anderson police arrested Todd W. Tullis Sr., 53, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 5:56 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for civil contempt of court.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tammy M. Stutzman, 20, of the 1500 block of South 16th Street, Elwood, at 8:37 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class B misdemeanor.
