In a Chapter 7 bankruptcy proceeding, some property can be seized and sold to pay off debt. In a Chapter 13 bankruptcy, the debtor works with the court to create a repayment plan.

He delivered Indianapolis Colts wide receiver Reggie Wayne safely to Anderson University at the wheel of a two-seat IndyCar.
