Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Darius M. Simon, 21, of the 2300 block of West 25th Street, Anderson, at 4:22 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested William E. Hiatt, 29, of the 600 block of Chestnut Street, Noblesville, at 4:37 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear and a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.

Madison County police arrested Austin D. Johnson, 19, of the 100 block of South Sherman Street, Indianapolis, at 5:09 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Andreana M. Langford, 30, of the 400 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:15 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for a Class D felony in another jurisdiction.

Anderson police arrested Tosha A. Watson, 33, of the 200 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 5:56 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Brandy E. Key, 34, of the 400 block of East 36th Street, Anderson, at 6:07 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $1,500 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Timmy A. Hill, 50, of the 600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 7:04 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Tanesha S. Johnson, 25, of the 200 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 9:46 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,500 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class C felony criminal confinement and Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Byron Thomas, 46, of the 2400 block of Locust Street, Anderson, at 9:53 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
