Arrest Log: March 18

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County sheriff deputies arrested Jesse B. Pierce, 32, of the 700 block of Ash Street, Alexandria, at 2:18 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.     

Alexandria police arrested Willie Hogan, 37, of the 900 block of North Washington Street, Marion, at 6:20 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 on a charge of Class D felony operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Jerome T. Thompson, 22, of the 2300 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 6:34 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set on charges of Class B felony burglary, Class D felony theft and violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Max T. Poindexter, 19, of the 1100 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 7:05 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor reckless driving.

Anderson police arrested Brandon E. Taliaferro, 43, of the 400 block of Hawthorne Avenue, Anderson, at 11:42 p.m. Saturday. He posted a $5,000 bail bond on a charge of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Elwood police arrested Johnny Cano, 43, of the 1900 block of South M Street, Elwood, at 2:16 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $20,000 on charges of Class B felony criminal deviate conduct and Class D felony domestic battery.

Lapel police arrested Stephen W. Partlow II, 33, of the 600 block of South Oak Street, Fortville, at 1:48 p.m. Sunday. He posted a $5,000 bail bond on charges of Class C misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated, Class A misdemeanor endangering a person while operating a vehicle intoxicated, Class D felony habitual traffic offender and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Chesterfield police arrested Michael L. Young, 44, of the 2300 block of Price Drive, Anderson, at 2:15 p.m. Sunday. He posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Alexandria police arrested David E. Dunham, 21, of the 5100 block of North County Road 1000 West, Farmland, Sunday. He posted a bail bond of $10,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Anderson police arrested Carly F. Kerr, 19, of the 1600 block of West 17th Street, Anderson, at 4:36 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class C misdemeanor violation of probation.
