CHA offers We Can! program

ANDERSON, Ind. — Are you looking for a way to make your family healthier? Community Hospital Anderson and Kids Plus will offer We Can!, a free exercise and education program aimed at children ages 8-13 and their parents. We Can Is designed for families to learn more about healthy eating, nutrition and increasing physical activity. During the class, kids exercise with a nurse practitioner while learning about the importance of exercise and healthy eating. At the same time, parents are educated about ways to make the family healthier from a registered dietitian.

The program begins on Tuesday, April 16, and meets for six consecutive Tuesdays from 4:30 to 5:30 p.m. at Community Anderson’s Education Building, 1923 N. Madison Ave. Call 298-5193 for more information or to sign up.
