Arrest Log: Sept. 27

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Julia L. Lennen, 28, of the 1900 block of Norwood Way, Anderson, at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Ronnie D. Brooks, 51, of the 2200 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 9:17 a.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
  • Anderson police arrested Lashawn Bender, 29, of the 2800 block of Radcliffe Drive, Fort Wayne, at 9:51 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony resisting law enforcement, Class A misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident, Class A misdemeanor false informing, Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class D felony probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested William L. Halladay, 18, of the 700 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 10:03 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony intimidation and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.
  • State police arrested William L. Bell, 38, of the 400 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 11:17 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony theft and Class D felony fraud.
  • State police arrested Yalunda R. Williams, 37, of the 400 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 2:34 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony identity deception, Class C felony forgery, Class D felony theft and Class D felony fraud.
  • Madison County police arrested Darren D. Miller, 38, of the 200 block of West John Street, Alexandria, at 3:13 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation.
  • Madison County police arrested James E. Berry, 59, of the 2200 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 5:11 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C felony contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Rodney M. Holmes, 31, of the 800 block of South Noble Street, Shelbyville, at 6:08 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Civil contempt of court.
  • Frankton police arrested Cody L. Marling, 22, of the 100 block of South Woodworth, Frankton, at 7:08 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.
  • Madison County police arrested Terry K. Thurman, 47, of the 4100 block of East 37th Street, Anderson, at 7:09 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class D felony intimidation and Class C felony criminal deviate conduct.
  • Madison County police arrested Janice L. Kelley, 38, of the 2300 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 10:19 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.
  • State police arrested Kasee K. King, 28, of the 2100 block of Lafayette, Anderson, at 1:33 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Edgewood police arrested Harold G. Cook, 67, of the 1100 block of Layton Road, Anderson, at 1:38 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Brandy S. Merritt, 28, of the 2900 block of Monroe Street, Anderson, at 2:25 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Christopher A. Bair Jr., 34, of the 2700 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 5:51 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Pendleton police arrested Errol I. Edmond, 33, of the 9300 block of Fireside Court, Indianapolis, at 6:03 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $100,000 for Class B felony rape and Class D felony criminal confinement.
  • Anderson police arrested Lauren M. Heflin, 20, of the 2700 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 6:17 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class D felony possession of a syringe and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
