Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Anderson police arrested Darrin Dewayne Johnson, 47, of the 2200 block of Lowell Lane, Anderson at 9:19 a.m. Saturday. He released after posting a $5,000 bond for Class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

• Madison County deputies arrested Joshua J., 37, of the 400 block W. Jefferson Street, Frankfort at 9:17 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for attempted Class A misdemeanor operating a motor vehicle intoxicated and attempted Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, hash oil, or hashish.

• Anderson police arrested Matthew Roy Hallam, 29, of the 800 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 12:41 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor court commitment.

• Madison County deputies arrested Jaron Joseph Ayers , 22, of the 200 block of Mulberry Driver, Chesterfield at 4:05 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of drug court.

• Anderson police arrested James Daniel Thompson, 32, of the 600 block of W. County Road 600 North, Alexandria, at 4:09 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for civil contempt of court, Class D felony violation of work release, and Class D felony violation of suspended sentence. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled dangerous substance, and Class D felony possession or use of legend drug or precursor, and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.

• Madison County deputies arrested Tamra Lynn Boles, 43, of the 3000 block of South Central Way, Anderson at 4:29 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated.

• Madison County deputies arrested Regina Sue Barnes, 47, of the 300 block of Moulton Street, Alexandria, at 4:57 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for civil contempt of court.

  • Senior housing request continued A request for final plat approval for a senior housing development on property near Madison Park Church of God was continued Tuesday. The Anderson Plan Commission could not consider the request because of a lack of a quorum to conduct business.
