Arrest log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

• Elwood police arrested Cordarrell J. Baker, 20, of the 1800 block of North C Street, Elwood, at 9:36 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

• Anderson police arrested Eric D. Anderson, 43, of the 2500 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 10:18 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for contempt of court on child support.

• Elwood police arrested Joshua A. Romine, 23, of the 1500 block of North E Street, Elwood, at 12:17 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion, Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

• Elwood police arrested Adam E. Purnell, 19, of the 1500 block of North E Street, Elwood, at 12:39 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class B misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

• Anderson police arrested Larry E. Davis II, 35, of the 3800 block of Pitt Street, Anderson, at 1 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary.

• Anderson police arrested Ricky L. Delong, 53, of the 400 block of Milton Avenue, Anderson, at 1:45 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary.

• Anderson police arrested Tamara L. Aynes, 53, of the 600 block of Lennox Drive, Anderson, at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class D felony possession of marijuana.

• Anderson police arrested Jeffery L. Aynes, 51, of the 600 block of Lennox Drive, Anderson, at 4:08 p.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance and Class D felony possession of marijuana.

The company received no bill for electricity usage from the Anderson utility office for five months, despite numerous attempts they say they made to correct the problem.

    Nine Indianapolis Colts fans attending practice at Anderson University saved 27 lives on Friday. That's good, of course, but if 15 more fans had taken a few minutes out of their afternoon to donate blood, 72 lives could have been saved, said Julie Gordon of the Indiana Blood Center.
