Arrest Log: Sept. 3

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Roberto Garcia Figueroa, 34, of the 1300 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 7:25 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Martin Bautista, 36, of the 800 block of East 27th Street, Anderson, at 10:54 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended. 

Anderson police arrested Landon P. Hill, 30, of the 900 block of Nursery Road, Anderson, at 12:57 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor battery and Class D felony residential entry.

Elwood police arrested Sharon E. Trueblood, 44, of the 1000 block of North 18th Street, Elwood, at 1:01 a.m. Sunday. Trueblood posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class D felony receiving stolen property and Class D felony assisting a criminal felony.

Elwood police arrested Sarah S. Luyet, 28, homeless, at 3:50 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $15,000 on charges of Class D felony receiving stolen property, Class D felony assisting a criminal felony and Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Jose Rodriguez-Jaramillo, 60, of the 2200 block of West 26th Street, Anderson, at 5:45 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated. 

Anderson police arrested Roger Rodriguez, 46, of the 2700 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 6:03 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 on charges of Class C felony battery and Class C felony intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Jerry W.Anderson Jr., 32, of the 2700 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 9:28 a.m. Monday. No bond was set on charges of Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
