NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Christopher E. Humphrey, 28, of the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge, Anderson, at 10:18 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Alexandria police arrested Heather C. Abbott, 35, of the 10900 block of North Scott Street, Alexandria, at 12:52 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Tyler D. Witcher, 23, of the 3400 block of West 25th Street, Anderson, at 6:16 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Tammy M. Jones, 40, of the 1600 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 6:26 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Civil contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Matthew W. Taylor, 30, of the 100 block of Mill Creek Drive, Chesterfield, at 8:37 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Amber L. Prestwood, 31, of East Broadway, Orestes, at 8:48 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Madison County police arrested Kevin L. Singleton, 43, of the 5600 block of Orlena Drive, Anderson, at 9:30 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of work release.

Madison County police arrested Mitchell R. Moon, 24, of the 900 block of Hickory Street, Anderson, at 2:13 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Pendleton police arrested Donna L. Cook, 71, of the 200 block of Unalachto Drive, Pendleton, at 2:18 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
