Arrest Log: Aug. 27

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Elwood police arrested Ray A. Beeman, 25, of the 4200 block of St. Charles Street, Anderson, at 9:48 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Scott J. Hinners, 43, of the 2700 block of Shawnee Drive, Anderson, at 10:22 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class D felony domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Megan N. Davidson, 21, of the 2700 block of Seminole Court, Anderson, at 1:07 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $4,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Madison County sheriff's deputies arrested John P. Doran Mazzocco, 21, of the 3200 block of Foxcroft Drive, Lewis Center, Ohio, at 2:29 a.m. Monday. Mazzocco posted a bail bond of $6,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor reckless possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Daniel E. Cota, 48, of the 200 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 5:54 a.m. Monday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.

Anderson police arrested Bruce W. Windus, 42, of the 1100 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 6:27 a.m. Monday. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
