NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Heather M. Motsinger, 33, of the 2700 block of Meridian Street, Anderson, at 8:30 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Vincent P. Lark, 46, of the 2200 block of Halford Street, Anderson, at 12:37 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Civil contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Brandon T. Ponder, 22, of the 1500 block of North 16th Street, Elwood, at 12:38 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Jennifer L. Cook, 37, of the 3300 block of South 1150 West, Dunkirk, at 4:12 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Tony L. Bright, 42, of the 17300 block of North County Road 200 East, Summitville, at 6:32 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class C felony violation of in-home detention and Civil contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Hannah M. McDaniel, 19, of the 600 block of West Vinyard Street, Anderson, at 9:36 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor.

Anderson police arrested Shirell L. New, 45, of the 200 block of West Mulberry Street, Anderson, at 9:40 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Alexandria police arrested Hayley N. Couch, 21, of the 100 block of West Broadway Street, Anderson, at 11:18 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of probation.

Elwood police arrested Devin S. Humphreys, 24, of the 2100 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 1:38 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $1,500 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Lowmack Ball, 20, of the 5500 block of Charleston Street, Speedway, at 5:53 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

More than 200 friends and family members gathered at Edgewood Baptist Church this afternoon to pay their respects to Jesse, who was killed April 6 in a traffic accident on Indiana 32.
