Arrest Log: Aug. 20

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Tenille L. Pinkler, 31, of the 300 block of West 15th Street, Anderson, at 5:43 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Justin L. McKay, 29, of the 1000 block of Pendle Hill Avenue, Anderson, at 8:19 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Melito L. Bautista, 31, of the 3000 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 8:58 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Anderson police arrested Chase A. Roberts, 21, of the 1900 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 4:20 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of marijuana and Class D felony dealing marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested David J. Tolbert Jr., 57, of the 2200 block of Crestwood Drive, Anderson, at 4:20 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear and Class D felony probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Walter E. Roberts, 54, of the 1900 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 6:12 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony dealing marijuana and Class D felony possession of marijuana.
  • Anderson police arrested Dominic L. Clemons, 31, of the 2800 block of Crystal Street, Anderson, at 6:14 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.
  • Anderson police arrested Matthew J. Earlywine, 32, of the 500 block of South Redbud Drive, Anderson, at 6:39 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary, Class D felony theft and Class C felony parole violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Tony L. Thompson, 28, of the 3000 block of Sherman Street, Anderson, at 9:21 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony unlawful possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, Class D felony theft and Class A felony probation violation.
