Miracle on Ohio slated for April 25

ANDERSON, Ind. — The Madison County Community Health Center, 1547 Ohio Ave., will have a special reception honoring its donors Thursday, April 25, from 6 to 8 p.m.

Titled “The Miracle on Ohio,” the reception will honor those who helped make the health center a reality, and celebrate the diversity of those served by, and working at, the health center. Plans on how the Community Health Center will meet future needs will also be shared during the evening.

As part of the diversity celebration, food and entertainment representing the different cultures of the center’s patients and employees will be enjoyed.

“The title ‘Miracle on Ohio’ is appropriate for this celebration,” said MCCHC President and CEO Anthony Malone. “It is truly remarkable that this facility exists, allowing a wide range of people from our community access to quality health care.”

A silent auction will take place during the event to raise money for the health center.
