Arrest Log: Nov. 27

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Terrence L. Chaney, 52, of the 500 block of East Market Street, Indianapolis, at 9:48 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for failure to appear on a Class B misdemeanor.

Madison County police arrested Beverlie B. Lamborne, 34, of the 4800 block of South New Columbus Road, Anderson, at 4:18 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

Madison County police arrested Kevin E. Hunt Jr., 30, of the 100 block of Gregory Drive, Anderson, at 4:43 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

Pendleton police arrested Nathaniel S. Boggs, 21, of the 600 block of Lighthouse Drive, Fortville, at 4:49 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Moises Casres-Hernandez, 46, of the 100 block of Maple Street, Frankton, at 4:59 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI, Class B misdemeanor reckless driving and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County police arrested James R. Hittle, 52, of the 600 block of North Short 12th Street, Elwood, at 6:38 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for court commitment on a Class B felony.

Anderson police arrested Lewis T. Jones, 20, of South Drive, Anderson, at 6:55 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony battery.

Anderson police arrested Precious L. Dabney, 26, of the 1800 block of East 50th Street, Anderson, at 8:22 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor false informing and Class D felony possession of marijuana.

Madison County police arrested Jarrod D. Lamb, 41, of the 2100 block of West Royerton Road, Muncie, at 10:19 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for probation violation on a Class C felony.
