Purdue weather balloon found

WEST LAFAYETTE — A group of Purdue University students whose camera-equipped weather balloon was buffeted by the Midwest’s recent tornado outbreak have their balloon back, thanks to a diligent farmer.

The high-altitude balloon was launched the day before Nov. 17’s tornadoes. It crashed hours later near Kalida, Ohio. A farmer found the balloon and saw on the camera video of students in Purdue sweatshirts. He returned their balloon Monday.

Judge sides with Trump over deal

INDIANAPOLIS — A federal judge has sided with the wife of billionaire Donald Trump in her lawsuit over a contract to market skin-care products with a now-fractured partnership led by Wisconsin hardware store magnate John Menard and Indiana businessman Steve Hilbert.

The judge in Indianapolis ruled Tuesday that Melania Trump can proceed with an arbitration hearing in New York, where she is seeking $50 million in damages. from two Menard-controlled companies.
