Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records.

Madison County deputies arrested Matthew T. Roberts, 26, of the 3900 block of Harrison Street, Salamonia, at 4:28 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County deputies arrested John A. Turner, 21, of the 1300 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 4:41 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B felony failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Deborah L. Goodman, 45, of the 1600 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 5:16 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class B misdemeanor glue sniffing.

Madison County deputies arrested Dominique Q. Brisker, 21, of the 1900 block Fairview Street, Anderson, at 6:14 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B felony return to county jail.

Anderson police arrested Brain D. Thomas, 29, of the 1200 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 8:26 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class C felony violation of probation and Class D felony violation of suspended sentence.

Madison County deputies arrested Michael A. Meador, 39, of the 1300 block of North County Road 300 East, Anderson, at 8:33 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil trial.

Elwood police arrested Michael S. Whittle, 46, of the 1500 block of South State Road 37, Elwood, at 7:21 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County deputies arrested Christina M. Guy, 37, of the 1000 block of Woodland Avenue, Newton Fall Oh, at 9:08 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for contempt of court in a civil trial.

Anderson police arrested Jeffrey T. Twitty, 42, of the 2600 block of West 18th Street, Anderson, at 11:47 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI: 0.15 BAC or greater and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
