Arrest Log: Sept. 13

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records.

  •  Anderson police arrested Wyman R. Beaty, 22, of the 1300 block of East Ashlind Street, Muncie, at 2:22 a.m. Sunday in the 2600 block of Martin Luther King Boulevard. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Waynette M. King, 20, of the 2100 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 3:12 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of East Lynn. Bond was set at $4,000 on charges of Class C misdemeanor illegal possession or transportation of alcohol and Class A misdemeanor false informing.
  • Anderson police arrested Trista R. Smith, 21, of the 2400 block of Silver Street, Anderson, at 3:15 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of East Lynn. Bond was set at $4,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  •  Anderson police arrested Marcus J. Cochran, 30, of the 1400 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 10:34 p.m. Saturday in the 2500 block of West 18th Street. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felony intimidation, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Anderson police arrested Molly Aldridge, 29, of the 500 block of Alexandria Parkway, Anderson, at 11:50 a.m. Saturday in the 1900 block of University. Bond was set at $4,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
  • Anderson police arrested Richard L. Jones, 22, of 1700 Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 4:40 p.m. Saturday at his home. Bond was set at $5,000 on charges of Class D felonies domestic battery and criminal confinement.
  • Anderson police arrested Kevin D. Parkhurst, 23, of the 1300 block of Chester Street, Anderson, at 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of East Lynn Street. He was released on $4,000 bond on a charge of Class A misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  •  Anderson police arrested Annetta J. Riddle, 36, of the 1300 block of Chester Street, Anderson, at 3:30 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of East Lynn Street. She was released on $4,000 bond on a charge of Class A misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
  • Indiana State police Matthew E. McGill, 35, of the 1100 block of Oakland Drive, Anderson, at 3:01 a.m. Sunday at Scatterfield and 56th. He was released on $5,000 bond on a charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.
  • Anderson police arrested Christopher A. Bair Jr., 31, of the 1600 block of Dewey Street, Anderson, at 10:20 p.m. Saturday in the 1300 block of Pendleton. He was released on $5,000 bond on a charge of Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  •  Anderson police arrested Zackery R. Patterson, 19, of the 2200 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 3:15 a.m. Sunday in the 2200 block of East Lynn. He was released on $5,000 bond on charges of Class D felony common nuisance, Class A misdemeanor contributing to the delinquency of a minor and class C misdemeanor illegal possession of alcohol.

"A lot of them kept going there because of my dad even after he passed away," he said. "And they didn't deserve this."
