Arrest log

ANDERSON, Ind. — The following arrest log appears in the Friday edition of The Herald Bulletin:

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Wesley A. Wideman, 30, of the 700 block of South John Street, Arcadia, at 9:21 a.m. Wednesday. Bond Wideman posted bail of $5,000 for Class D felony nonsupport of a dependent child.

Anderson police arrested Treymon D. Trosclair, 24, of the 1100 block of Sunnymead Drive, Anderson, at 10:33 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class C felony parole violation.

Anderson police arrested Amber R. Watson, 34, of the 1800 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 12:51 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Anderson police arrested Joseph L. Rhoads, 41, of the 4100 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 3:21 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Jerod P. Stansberry, 28, of the 2100 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 5:01 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $750 for two counts of Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Kim E. Conley, 34, of the 1200 block of Laurel Street, Anderson, at 5:08 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony nonsupport of a dependent child.

Elwood police arrested Scott L. Smith, 18, of the 900 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 8:19 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $550 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Ashley M. Miller, 27, of the 4600 block of State Road 32, Anderson, at 8:22 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Madison County police arrested Evan J. Beckham, 19, of the 400 block of North County Road 500 East, Chesterfield, at 10:17 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for two counts of Class D criminal recklessness and Class D felony invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Karen L. Bass, 61, of the 6300 block of Boulder Drive, Anderson, at 4:10 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Kenneth D. Nipper, 43, of the 1500 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 4:56 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Kimberly L. Minix, 35, of the 1500 block of North C Street, Elwood, at 5:29 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief.

Anderson police arrested Keith B. Stigler, 38, of the 1100 block of Garnet Drive, Anderson, at 6:19 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Jack N. Beeman, 43, of the 2800 block of North D Street, Elwood, at 7:09 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.
