Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County deputies arrested Patrick R. Brown, 42, of the 15200 block of Follow Drive, Noblesville, at 9:22 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Anderson police arrested Nathaniel Davis, 58, of the 2000 block of Nelle Street, Anderson, at 11:10 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $2,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Madison County deputies arrested Mark T. Hollenback, 25, of the 2700 block of Dakota Drive, Anderson, at 3:14 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony cruelty to an animal.

Elwood police arrested Ryan G. Craig, 27, of the 2300 block of South I Street, Elwood, at 4:06 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Elwood police arrested Colten B. Mince, 21, of the 3200 block of Memorial Drive, Elwood, at 8:12 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, possession of a syringe and probation violation on a Class D felony.

Madison County deputies arrested Darrell A. Boards, 31, of the 1600 block of West 19th Street, at 8:12 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.

Anderson police arrested Kyle R. Spaulding, 26, of the 1600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 10:30 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County deputies arrested Brandon C. Ness, 31, of the 4600 block of East Indiana 32, Chesterfield, at 12:07 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class D felony domestic battery, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class D felony intimidation.

Anderson police arrested Michael L. Silver, 27, of the 133500 block of Allen Road, Clinton, Michigan, at 1:41 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Madison County police arrested Juan M. Matamoros, 25, homeless, at 1:49 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.
