Arrest Log: June 28

NOR subhed:Arrest Log

NOR body:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Wednesday and Thursday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Rodre A. Lewis, 30, of the 1900 block of East Seventh Street, Anderson, at 2:32 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.

Madison County police arrested Donald T. Wallace, 58, of the 2400 block of Lincoln Street, Anderson, at 5:24 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Anderson police arrested Levi M. Rodriguez, 20, homless, at 5:40 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $40,000 for Class D felony theft and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Ronald M. Murphy, 27, of the 200 block of West Fourth Street, Anderson, at 6:48 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Bryan P. Casto, 28, of the 900 block of South A Street, Elwood, at 6:54 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Renee E. Gasparet, 19, of the 1900 block of McKinley Street, Anderson, at 8:24 p.m. Wednesday. No bond was set for Class C misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.

NOR body:Anderson police arrested Heather D. Thompson, 28, of the 500 block of Ellenhurst Drive, Anderson, at 8:41 p.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana, Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance, Class B felony dealing cocaine and Class D felony possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Michael L. Snedeker, 26, of the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge, Anderson, at 2:06 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Anderson police arrested Timothy R. Scott Jr., 33, of the 1900 block of North Balsam Court, Anderson, at 4:35 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.
