Arrest Log

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Michael D. Brooks, 56, of the 1500 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 2:22 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to appear, Class D felony habitual traffic offender and Class D felony OWI.

Elwood police arrested Clifton B. Heath, 26, of the 100 block of South Central Avenue, Alexandria, at 4:19 p.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested John R. Gregory, 50, of the 2000 block of Q Street, Elwood, at 5:03 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass.

Anderson police arrested Michael D. Randle, 23, of the 2000 block of East Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:45 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery and Class D felony strangulation.

Anderson police arrested Dustin R. Johnson, 19, of the 500 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 8:19 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Terry Gasparet, 25, of the 2500 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 1:35 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI, Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Myron J. Bannister, 42, of the 2600 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 5:04 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County police arrested James A. Brown, 55, of the 100 block of Hopper Drive, Anderson, at 6:15 a.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Rachel R. Ellis, 31, of the 1500 block of Miller Avenue, Anderson, at 6:23 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.

Anderson police arrested Ronald R. Dickson, 36, of the 13900 block of Mississinewa Drive, Carmel, at 6:51 a.m. Monday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
