Arrest log: April 28

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Carlos D. Canter, 42, of the 1200 block of East 29th Street, Anderson, at 8:44 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony OWI.
  • Madison County police arrested Kyle L. Amos, 25, of the 2200 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 8:58 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony possession of precursors and Class D felony visiting a common nuisance.
  • Pendleton police arrested Jeffrey E. Owens, 42, of the 800 block of Seneca Drive, Pendleton, at 9:18 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy, Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia.
  • Madison County police arrested Torie M. Miller, 36, of the 1900 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 10:09 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $1,000 for Civil contempt of court and Class D felony failure to appear.
  • Madison County police arrested Hanna C. Dalton, 21, of the 3100 block of Mill Street, Anderson, at 10:35 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of suspension.
  • Drug Task Force officers arrested Thomas W. Schoettmer, 34, of the 100 block of East 19th Street, Anderson, at 11:32 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class D felony possession of precursors, Class B felony manufacturing meth and Class D felony visiting a common nuisance.
  • Alexandria police arrested Joseph L. Lawson, 24, of Twin Oaks Street, Alexandria, at 1:19 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Roderick R. Simon, 44, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 2:56 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested China Warner, 25, of the 1300 block of Monticello Drive, Anderson, at 4:57 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Madison County police arrested Mariah S. Lewis, 21, of the 100 block of West Oak Street, Anderson, at 5:25 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • Anderson police arrested Kenneth D. Menifee Jr., 22, of the 2000 block of Pearl Street, Anderson, at 5:41 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor criminal trespass, Class B misdemeanor battery and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
  • Anderson police arrested Kraig V. Perry, 42, of the 1200 block of West Seventh Street, Anderson, at 6:18 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Civil contempt of court.
  • Frankton police arrested Jessica S. Hardin, 23, of the 200 block of North Woodworth Avenue, Frankton, at 6:20 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor probation violation.
  • State police arrested Anthony C. Hammonds, 34, of the 17700 block of North County Road 200 West, Summitville, at 8:14 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor probation violation.
  • Anderson police arrested Kristen K. Kelly, 18, of the 3500 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 10:22 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony robbery and Class B felony assisting a criminal.
  • Anderson police arrested Frederick L. Dixson Jr., 24, of the 1500 block of Walton Street, Anderson, at 10:28 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication and Class A misdemeanor false informing.
  • Elwood police arrested Patricia K. Hunter, 34, of the 1000 block of West Third Street, Alexandria, at 12:12 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Steven C. Vetor Jr., 23, of the 7300 block of Sprague Street, Anderson, at 1:05 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Matthew A. Cooper, 33, of the 2100 block of East County Road 150 South, Anderson, at 1:39 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,500 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy and Civil contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Jordan L. Freeston, 18, homeless, at 1:59 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $60,000 for Class B felony robbery and Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County police arrested Patrick A. Brown, 60, of the 4500 block of King Boulevard, Anderson, at 3:34 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony failure to appear, Class D felony receiving stolen property, three counts of Class A misdemeanor probation violation and Class A misdemeanor contempt of court.
  • Anderson police arrested Brandon L. Brooks, 23, of the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue, Anderson, at 4:55 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony carrying a handgun without a license and Class D felony probation violation.
  • State police arrested Latoya L. Burt, 28, of the 2400 block of North Kitley Road, Indianapolis, at 5:51 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $8,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor driving while suspended.
  • State police arrested Jacob D. Davis, 21, of the 6600 block of North County Road 525 West, Middletown, at 6:30 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Anderson police arrested Richard Williams Sr., 45, of the 1100 block of West 13th Street, Anderson, at 7:18 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony parole violation, Class D felony residential entry, Class D felony invasion of privacy, Class D felony domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Courtnie T. Lamborne, 32, of the 1900 block of Jefferson Street, Anderson, at 8:57 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor conversion.
  • Madison County police arrested Kathryn M. Whitacre, 36, of the 100 block of Sierra Drive, Cicero, at 9:05 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,500 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Civil contempt of court.
