Arrest Log: May 21

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Anderson police arrested Timothy A. Mercer, 54, of the 2700 block of Round Table Drive, Anderson, at 10:28 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Daniel P. Hall, 28, of the 1400 block of West County Road 500 North at 1:54 a.m. Sunday. Hall posted a bail bond of $5,000 on charges of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana and Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement.

Madison County Sheriff deputies arrested Terrence C. Fuller, 51, of the 1400 block of West County Road 500 North at 2:03 a.m. Sunday. Fuller posted a bail bond of $3,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Fernando Trinidad, 37, of the 2500 block of Louise Street, Anderson, at 2:09 a.m. Sunday. Trinidad posted a bail bond of $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended with a prior.

Anderson police arrested Derek K. Givens, 25, of the 5400 block of West County Road 200 North, Anderson, at 2:38 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Anderson police arrested Paul E. Mullins, 60, of the 300 block of East 31st Street, Anderson, at 2:39 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on charges of Class A misdemeanor operating a vehicle while intoxicated and Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury.

Anderson police arrested Cheyenne I. Flowers, 19, of the 900 block of West Sixth Street, Anderson, at 5:54 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Elwood police arrested Robert P. Lane, 47, of the 2000 block of North F Street, Elwood, at 6:01 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Frankton police arrested Vincent C. Stapleton, 30, of the 1600 block of Broadway, Anderson, at 6:48 a.m. Sunday. Stapleton posted a bail bond of $3,000 on a charge of Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
