Arrest Log: April 26

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Anderson police arrested Richard H. Back, 41, of the 1100 block of East 30th Street, Anderson, at 9:13 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery, Class C felony criminal confinement, Class D felony strangulation, Class D felony intimidation and probation violation on a Class D felony.
  • Anderson police arrested Nicholas W. Hamilton, 31, of the 300 block of Central Avenue, Anderson, at 10:26 a.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement, Class B misdemeanor public intoxication, Class A misdemeanor in-home detention violations and contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Elwood police arrested Cindy M. Fuel, 41, of the 500 block of South 22nd Street, Elwood, at 12:32 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Paul J. Phillips, 33, of the 100 block of North Water Street, Chesterfield, at 1:46 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Tercoya R. J. Bonner, 26, of the 1900 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 2:01 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for contempt of court on a Class B misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Idella C. Rayford, 35, of the 3700 block of Oaklawn Drive, Anderson, at 2:45 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.
  • Elwood police arrested Whitney D. Barnard, 22, of the 3200 block of Highlander Drive, Anderson, at 4:51 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Dominick Lynem, 44, of the 1600 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 4:47 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of probation on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Randaysia S. Peel, 24, of the 1200 block of West 10th Street, Anderson, at 6:13 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
  • Anderson police arrested Kaylee A. Dillard, 22, of the 1900 block of East 50th Street, Anderson, at 6:31 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class A misdemeanor conversion and failure to appear on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Edgewood police arrested Warren K. Wills, 47, of the 200 block of West County Road 375 North, Anderson, at 6:47 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $400 for contempt of court on a Class A misdemeanor.
  • Anderson police arrested Misty D. Sholler, 37, of the 1700 block of West Eighth Street, Anderson, at 8:46 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for violation of drug court on a Class C felony.
  • Anderson police arrested Cornelius D. Elliott, 33, of the 2600 block of East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 10:05 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony domestic battery.
  • Anderson police arrested Eric R. Hyatt, 27, of the 2500 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 2:10 a.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation.
  • Madison County deputies arrested David A. Lambert, 33, of the 1400 block of North Park Avenue, Alexandria, at 2:15 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $15,000 for Class D felony possession of a syringe and Class C felony forgery.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Emily A. Breece, 32, of the 1400 block of North Park Avenue, Alexandria, at 8:58 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Cherie A. Powers, 26, of West County Road 650 South, Pendleton, at 9:40 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.
  • Madison County deputies arrested Jill R. Shallenberger, 30, of the 400 block of Stoner Drive, Anderson, at 10:14 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a legend drug, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class D felony resisting law enforcement and holds in other jurisdictions.
  • Anderson police arrested Lorrie M. Clark, 35, of the 2300 block of Silver Street, Anderson, at 11:29 a.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for contempt of court in a civil case.
  • Anderson police arrested Donald L. Pitts, 47, of the 1600 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 12:30 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.
