Arrest Log: March 17

ANDERSON, Ind. — The following arrest log appears in the Sunday edition of The Herald Bulletin.

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Madison County police arrested Anthony J. Gross II, 27, of the 2100 block of Rosewood Drive, Anderson, at 4:03 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested David R. Brown, 27, of the 800 block of West 37th Street, Anderson, at 5:08 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony failure to appear and Class D felony failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Tracy D. Price II, 32, of the 1100 block of West Third Street, Anderson, at 6:40 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B felony failure to appear and Class D felony failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Michael L. Stewart, 35, of the 800 block of Deerfield Road, Anderson, at 8:29 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $500 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended, Class D felony probation violation and Civil contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Mary B. Sullivan, 70, of the 2000 block of South L Street, Elwood, at 10:47 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony intimidation and Class C felony battery.

Madison County police arrested Kyle Lee Strong, 27, of the 6700 block of West County Road 1550 North, Elwood, at 10:56 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Anderson police arrested Paris S. Streaty, 26, of the 2300 block of Fairview Street, Anderson, at 12:55 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct.

Madison County police arrested Kaidi I. Harvell, 45, of the 3900 block of Hornickle Drive, Indianapolis, at 2:05 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class C felony contempt of court.

Elwood police arrested Christopher L. Addison, 23, of the 600 block of River Avenue, Alexandria, at 2:12 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Alexandria police arrested Johnathon L. Sizelove, 27, of the 1600 block of North Canal Street, Alexandria, at 4:18 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Damon J. King, 38, of the 4200 block of Round Hill Drive, Anderson, at 4:19 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Eric H. Brown, 49, of the 1500 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson, at 5:42 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of cocaine.

State police arrested Jacque L. Stratman, 60, of the 100 block of Chariot Drive, Anderson, at 5:47 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Elwood police arrested David A. Richards, 21, of the 1000 block of Landings Court, Brazil, at 6:22 a.m. Saturday. Richards posted bail of $4,000 for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Johnny F. Evans, 43, of the 1800 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 6:25 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony criminal confinement and Class B misdemeanor battery.

Elwood police arrested Jesus Soto-Emiliano, 44, of the 1600 block of South County Road 25 West, Tipton, at 7:18 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Anderson police arrested Michael D. Mitchell, 50, of the 2600 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 9:15 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B felony parole violation.

Chesterfield police arrested Clifford C. McCord, 64, fo the 2600 block of South County Road 450 East, Anderson, at 10:16 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Sher’Ron L. Bobson, 22, of the 3200 block of South Landess Street, Marion, at 10:22 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $6,000 for Class A misdemeanor dealing marijuana and a Class A misdemeanor in another jurisdiction.
