Arrest Log: March 24

ANDERSON, Ind. — Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Kenny L. Eldridge, 42, of the 2000 block of Beverly Court, Anderson, at 4:08 p.m. Friday. No bond was set on a Class D felony return to jail for booking. Elwood police arrested Josafat Gaytan, 29, of the 700 block of Colorado Avenue, Indianapolis, at 4:52 p.m. Friday, Bond was set at $6,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle without a license.

Anderson police arrested Jeffrey A. Vanduyn, 34, of the 40 block of Tower Road, Anderson, at 5:08 p.m. Friday in the 2600 block of West 25th Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

Anderson police arrested Jeffrey W. Fields, 40, of the 2200 block of West 29th Street, Anderson, at 5:48 p.m. Friday, in the 5000 block of Ridge Road, Anderson. No bond was set on a Class C felony parole violation.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Michael A. Henry, 56, of the 800 block of North West Treemont Avenue, Port St. Lucie, Fl., at 6:10 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $31,500 on a Class C felony charge of nonsupport of a child dependent and a civil charge of contempt of court.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Keyonia L. Harris, 34, of the 1900 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 6:56 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class D felony charge of maintaining a common nuisance.

Pendleton police arrested Miranda J. Paganaviles, 25, of the 400 block of Vasbinder Drive, Chesterfield, at 8:07 p.m. Friday at the intersection of State Street and Pioneer Place. Bond was set at $6,000 on two Class A misdemeanor charges of driving while suspended with prior offense and possession of marijuana, hash oil, hashish.

Anderson police arrested Blythe A. Gabriel, 24, of the 8200 block of South Rising Sun Drive, Pendleton, at 8:12 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of conversion. Anderson police arrested Lukas M. Mitchell, 24, of the 4500 block of West 25th Street, Anderson, at 9:46 p.m. Friday in the 900 block of Raible Avenue, Anderson. Bond was set at $5,000 on a Class D felony charge of possession of a controlled substance.

Anderson police arrested Joseph E. Booker, 29, of the 100 block of East 3rd Street, Alexandria, at 9:47 p.m. Friday, No bond was set on a Class D felony jail booking.

Anderson police arrested Donna M. Agnew, 23, of the 1100 block of West 2nd Street, Anderson, at 1:29 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor charge of battery with no or minor injury.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested James H. Sharpe, 33, of the 7300 block of West County Road 300 South, Lapel, at 1:45 a.m. Saturday. No bond was set on a Class A misdemeanor failure to appear for jail booking.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Donald E. Couch, 46, of the 5100 block of South Margaret Way, Anderson, at 5:58 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 on two Class D felony charges of domestic battery and criminal confinement.

The Madison County Sheriff’s Department arrested Perry A. Powers, 52, of the 4400 block of Southview Drive, Anderson, at 6:01 a.m. Saturday at St. Vincent Anderson Regional Hospital. No bond was set on a Class C felony parole violation.

Anderson police arrested Ronald L. Capper, 56, of the 1900 block of West 1000 South, Keystone, at 6:36 a.m. Saturday, at the 226 exit off Interstate 69 South. Bond was set at $20,000 on two Class D felony charges of habitual traffic violations and operating a vehicle while intoxicated with prior offense.

Elwood police arrested Martin L. Dimas, 35, of the 600 block of South E Street, Elwood, at 6:40 a.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $15,000 on a Class A misdemeanor charge of endangering a person by operating a vehicle while intoxicated and two Class B misdemeanor charges of reckless driving and unreasonable speed.
