Arrest Log: Sept. 7

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Thursday and Friday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

Alexandria police arrested Rachel R. Ellis, 32, of the 1500 block of Miller Avenue, Anderson, at 9:38 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance, Class A misdemeanor possession of paraphernalia and Class D felony possession of a syringe.

Madison County police arrested Donald A. Esposito, 36, of the 200 block of North Sixth Street, Elwood, at 9:52 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor leaving the scene of an accident.

Alexandria police arrested Tyler D. Hensley, 24, of the 100 block of West Shafer Lane, Alexandria, at 10:33 a.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Marvin H. Streaty, 49, of the 2300 block of Hendricks Street, Anderson, at 12:56 p.m. Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class B misdemeanor invasion of privacy.

Madison County police arrested Chad M. Merritt, 31, of Plum Street, Anderson, at 5:29 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of in-home detention.

Elwood police arrested Charles M. Myer, 30, of Fairway Drive, Alexandria, at 6:18 p.m Thursday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class C felony theft and Class A misdemeanor conversion.

Madison County police arrested Lyndsey M. O'Neal, 31, of the 2200 block of Main Street, Anderson, at 6:36 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation

Madison County police arrested Adam J. Ross, 21, of the 2100 block of Rosewood Drive, Anderson, at 8:06 p.m. Thursday. No bond was set for Class B felony contempt of court.
