Arrest Log: Sept. 29

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Friday and Saturday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

State police arrested Claude A. Holland Jr., 59, of the 7600 block of South County Road 250 East, Markleville, at 3:15 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Ian A. Woodruff, 28, of the 200 block of West Street, Pendleton, at 3:18 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor disorderly conduct and Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Joseph T. Bradfield, 31, of the 400 block of Birchtree Lane, Fort Wayne, at 5:25 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Madison County police arrested Caleb N. Crisman, 26, of the 18000 block of Gasperilla Court, Westfield, at 6:51 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor violation of probation and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Anderson police arrested Dustin N. Billings, 24, of the 500 block of Alhambra Drive, Anderson, at 8:17 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana. and Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Madison County police arrested Cole D. Douglas, 19, of the 400 block of East Plum Street, Frankton, at 8:26 p.m. Friday. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony burglary, Class B felony arson and Class D felony theft.

Madison County police arrested Joseph A. Esparza, 49, of the 400 block of North County Road 650 West, Anderson, at 8:36 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for bond revocation on a Class B felony.

Anderson police arrested Christopher E. Humphrey, 28, of the 3100 block of Autumn Ridge, Anderson, at 9:49 p.m. Friday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor invasion of privacy.
