Arrest Log: Sept. 30

NOR subhed:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Saturday and Sunday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Abel Cruz-Lopez, 35, of the 2400 block of Cedar Street, Anderson, at 3:22 p.m. Saturday. No bond was set for Class B misdemeanor public intoxication.

Madison County police arrested Leonardo Lano-Leiba, 33, of the 1600 block of Walton Street, Anderson, at 8:06 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI and Class C misdemeanor operator never licensed.

Madison County police arrested Marian S. Hilligoss, 58, of the 1400 block of Columbia Avenue, Middletown, at 8:07 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor OWI.

Anderson police arrested Raquel C. Fuller, 21, of the 1700 block of West 12th Street, Anderson, at 8:49 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear, Class A misdemeanor false informing and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.

Anderson police arrested Bobby A. Bair, 31, of the 900 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 8:54 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $4,000 for Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Madison County police arrested Lourenzo P. Jones, 25, of the 11900 block of Bretta Court, Indianapolis, at 10:33 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor false informing.

Madison County police arrested Quintin A. Jones, 22, of the 1700 block of Bennington Court, Anderson, at 10:38 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $500 for Class C misdemeanor contempt of court.

Alexandria police arrested Brittany N. Harden, 24, of the 7600 block of East 34th Place, Indianapolis, at 10:55 p.m. Saturday. Bond was set at $20,500 for Civil contempt of court, Class C felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor battery.

    Despite strong winds and heavy storms Thursday night, Madison County property escaped relatively unscathed. While downed tree limbs and power lines led to a power outage for about 2,000 residences in Anderson, there were no reports of structure damage in the county.
