NOR Body no bullet:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Monday and Tuesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Nickita R. Harris, 35, of the 4000 block of Brown Street, Anderson, at 4:21 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.

Madison County police arrested Phalon N. Rayford, 28, of the 2800 block of East Deerfield Run Boulevard, Anderson, at 5:26 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.

Anderson police arrested Mary M. Myers, 50, of the 2400 block of Chase Street, Anderson, at 6:19 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $223.74 for Civil failure to appear.

Elwood police arrested Charles E. Sloneker, 64, of the 8000 block of West Indiana 38, Shirley, at 6:28 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery and Class A misdemeanor interference with reporting of a crime.

Madison County police arrested Heather D. Thompson, 28, of the 7200 block of South Woodrow Drive, Pendleton, at 10:16 p.m. Monday. No bond was set for Class B felony court commitment.

Anderson police arrested Melissa M. Carson, 41, of the 4500 block of East Indiana 28, Tipton, at 10:19 p.m. Monday. Bond was set at $500 for conempt of court involving a civil case.

Madison County police arrested Robert J. Ryle, 35, of the 2500 block of South Madison Avenue, Anderson, at 5:02 a.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class B felony violation of work release.

Anderson police arrested Larry D. Goolsby, 57, of the 2100 block of Sheridan Street, Anderson, at 5:20 a.m. Tuesday. Bond was set at $10,500 for Civil contempt of court, Class A misdemeanor criminal mischief, Class C felony intimidation, Class D felony domestic battery and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
