NOR subhed:Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Sunday and Monday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

NOR body bullet:Anderson police arrested Dustin Wayne Cunningham, 28, of the 2900 block of Fletcher Street, Anderson, at 8:11 a.m. Sunday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery.

Madison County deputies arrested David Shannon Newberry, 39, of the 900 block of Alexandria Pike, Anderson, at 9:46 a.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury and Class B misdemeanor for public intoxication.

Anderson police arrested Alexis Kaylee Myers, 19, of the 100 block of East Ninth Street, Anderson, at 2:22 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $3,000 for Class C misdemeanor OWI and for a minor possessing alcohol.

Elwood police arrested William Ray Griffey, 40, of the 1900 block of South J Street, Elwood, at 2:27 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury and Class A misdemeanor battery with no or minor injury.

Madison County deputies arrested Leona Mae Coburn, 42, of the 1400 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 5:03 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class D felony neglect of dependent.

Alexandria police arrested Anthony Bryan Gregg, 31, of the 300 block of East County Road 1100 North, Alexandria, at 5:10 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $500 for Civil contempt of court.

Madison County deputies arrested David Scott Coburn, 46, of the 1400 block of West Fifth Street, Anderson, at 6:24 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $5,000 for a Class D felony for neglect of dependent.

Anderson police arrested Ryan Eugene Wallace, 30, of the 2700 block of Morton Street, Anderson, at 9:35 p.m. Sunday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C felony forgery.
