Arrest log: Jan. 31

Arrests made by Madison County law enforcement on Tuesday and Wednesday, based on Madison County Jail records. Charges are recommended by arresting officers, but are not final until the Madison County prosecutor reviews the case and files official charges.

  • Madison County police arrested Tina M. Boys, 45, of the 10100 block of East County Road 700 South, Selma, at 3:14 p.m. Tuesday in the Madison County Government Center. No bond was set for Class D felony violation of probation.
  • Anderson police arrested Jacob H. Tomlinson, 21, of the 2500 block of West 11th Street, Anderson, at 3:21 p.m. Tuesday in the 2000 block of Jackson Street, Anderson. Bond was set at $9,000 for Class D felony theft, Class D felony possession of a controlled substance and Class A misdemeanor possession of marijuana.
  • Elwood police arrested Anthony M. Pierce, 57, of the 300 block of Main Street, Elwood, at 5:25 p.m. Tuesday. Pierce posted bail of $5,000 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, Class A misdemeanor resisting law enforcement and Class A misdemeanor battery.
  • Madison County police arrested Barbara S. Humphrey, 47, of the 1600 block of B Street, Anderson, at 5:37 p.m. Tuesday. No bond was set for Class A misdemeanor return to jail court order.
  • Madison County police arrested Rebecca C. Debono, 26, of the 2900 blockof East Lynn Street, Anderson, at 6:14 p.m. Tuesday in the Madison County Jail. Debono posted bail of $2,000 for Civil contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Frank R. Stapleton, 60, of the 1200 block of East Sigler Street, Frankton, at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Lafayette Street, Frankton. Stapleton posted bail of $4,000 for Class C misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Anderson police arrested David J. Stapleton, 38, of the 1200 block of East Sigler Street, Frankton, at 8:09 p.m. Tuesday in the 100 block of Lafayette Street, Frankton. Bond was set at $20,000 for Class B felony manufacturing meth, Class D felony possession of chemical reagents and Class D felony maintaining a common nuisance.
  • Anderson police arrested Geremy L. Swafford, 39, of the 1600 block of B Street, Anderson, at 9:56 p.m. Tuesday in his home. Swafford posted bail of $6,250 for Class A misdemeanor domestic battery, Class D felony invasion of privacy and Civil contempt of court.
  • Madison County police arrested Brianna R. Jordan, 22, of the 2600 block of Jackson Street, Anderson, at 1:57 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $20,000 for two counts of Class B felony burglary, two counts of Class D felony theft, Class B felony failure to appear and Class A misdemeanor failure to appear.
  • Alexandria police arrested Andrew R. B. Sterling, 18, of the 200 block of West Church Street, Alexandria, at 6:11 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $5,000 for Class B misdemeanor illegal consumption of alcohol by a minor and Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated.
  • Anderson police arrested Douglas K. Davis, 70, of the 100 block of East 55th Street, Anderson, at 6:11 a.m. Wednesday. Bond was set at $10,000 for Class C misdemeanor operating while intoxicated, Class A misdemeanor operating while intoxicated and Class D felony operating while intoxicated.
  • Alexandria police arrested Daniel T. Mills, 24, of the 100 block of East Polk Street, Alexandria, at 10:35 a.m. Wednesday in the intersection of 4th Street and 100 West, Alexandria. Bond was set at $3,500 for Class A misdemeanor contempt of court and Class A misdemeanor driving while suspended.
