— • Elwood police arrested Stephanie G. Willhoite, 33, of the 2300 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 3:24 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of South B on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
• Elwood police arrested Eric S. Smith, 37, of the 2300 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 3:25 a.m. Saturday in the 2300 block of South B on suspicion of domestic battery, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
• Elwood police arrested Jackie L. Rumler, 48, of the 900 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 2:38 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of Third and South A streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor. She has since been released.
• Anderson police arrested Susan Kay Watson, 41, of the 2600 block of West 39th Street, Anderson, at 12:22 a.m. Saturday in the 3100 block of Main Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Elwood police arrested Derek M. Hughbanks, 30, of the 1000 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 10:10 p.m. Friday in the 1300 block of South C Street on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor, and driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
• Anderson police arrested William C. Wagner, 28, of the 2600 block of North 100 West, Anderson, at 2:35 a.m. Saturday in the 600 block of Louise Street on suspicion of possession of a scheduled II controlled substance, a Class D felony, and resisting law enforcement, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.
• Lapel police arrested Jimmie R. Heck, 51, of the 4100 block of Nichol Avenue, Anderson, at 2:22 a.m. Saturday near the intersection of 11th and Main streets on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor, and possession of marijuana, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $3,000.
• Elwood police arrested Amber D. Lewis, 25, of the 1000 block of South B Street, Elwood, at 11 p.m. Friday in the 1500 block of South B on suspicion of neglect of a dependent, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.
• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested Bernard R. Fogle, 57, of the 3300 block of Indiana 9, Anderson, at 12:01 p.m. Saturday at the Madison County Jail on suspicion of insurance fraud, a Class C felony. He has since been released.
• Ingalls police arrested Brice T. Dutrow, 19, of the 8000 block of Talliho Drive, Indianapolis, at 8:25 p.m. Friday near the intersection of Broadway and Meridian streets on suspicion of invasion of privacy, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
• Anderson police arrested Hayward E. Ford III, 27, of the 3900 block of Hoosier Woods Court, Anderson, at 6:10 p.m. Friday near the intersection of 32nd Street and Scatterfield Road on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
