• Anderson police arrested Jason S. Ripperdan, 29, of the 300 block of West Washington Street, Alexandria, at 2:10 a.m. Tuesday in the 4600 block of Columbus Avenue on suspicion of conversion, a Class A misdemeanor, and operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class C misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Anderson police arrested Santino S. Arrigoni, 32, of the 2300 block of Noble Street, Anderson, at 2 a.m. Tuesday in the 4500 block of Columbus Avenue on suspicion of public intoxication, a Class B misdemeanor, and harassment, a Class A misdemeanor. Bond is $5,000.

• Indiana State Police troopers arrested Curt P. Stults, 37, of the 2300 block of Charles Street, Anderson, at 10:37 p.m. Monday along Columbus Avenue, north of 29th Street, on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class D felony, and resisting law enforcement, a Class D felony. Bond is $5,000.

• Madison County sheriff’s deputies arrested William A. Wiley, 19, of the 2100 block of East Indiana 38, Markleville, at 5:20 p.m. Monday in the 2100 block of East Indiana 38 on suspicion of theft, a Class D felony. He has since been released.

• Indiana State Police troopers arrested Anthony J. Mullins, 34, of the 1500 block of Walnut Street, Anderson, at 9:56 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of Broadway and 300 North on suspicion of operating a vehicle as a habitual traffic violator. He has since been released.

• Edgewood police arrested Michael S. Durfey, 41, of the 3900 block of Andover Road, Anderson, at 5:45 p.m. Monday near the intersection of Park Road and Nichol Avenue on suspicion of operating a vehicle while intoxicated, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.

• Anderson police arrested Kingdavid N. Clarett, 24, of the 2000 block of Arrow Avenue, Anderson, at 12:30 a.m. Tuesday near the intersection of 39th Street and Madison Avenue on suspicion of driving while suspended, a Class A misdemeanor. He has since been released.
